Okie Dokie

Hey everyone!!! I've tried doing blogs, and they never work! Im going to TRY and do this one!!!!! As you all know, we ARE trying for a baby. So far, so good!!! Our names will be: Summerlynn Amelia Jayne (Girl),, and Micah Brendan Randall for a boy. Here's a MORE in DEPT Explanation!!!!

My mom liked Summer bc she wanted to name one of us girls that, abut my dad didnt let her, hehe. So when I told her we were naming our baby that, she was happy :) My bf was kinda freaked out @ 1st, bc my girl will be named after ppl who've passed, but I say its keeping their memory alive. I love when ppl ask why I chose the names. Summer is for Summer,( a little girl who passed away from a Drunk Driving Murder, bc I don't feel they're accidents, she was only 8). Lynn is my middle name as well as the middle name for my friend Cristy who passed. Amelia is Amelia Earhart, bc she was amazing. And Jayne was after my Aunt Debbie's middle name, Jane. She passed, tho never had a girl.

Our boy name is Micah Brendan Randall, Micah is from a friend I'd had since 8th grade. Micah Gregg. He passed away 3 weeks after his 16th birthday. @ Micah's funeral, before they closed his casket, I told him I would name my son after him, because of how sweet he was. So Micah will be his 1st name. I wanted to have Brandon's name in as well, BUT wanted a variation. SO I happen to have a crush on Brendan Fraiser. SO, Brendan won out! LOL!!! AND lastly, Randall is my daddy's middle name. I figured since my Nephew is named Tobias Wayne. I would use Dad's middle name!!!! Dunno how he feels about this!!!!

Some think its bad luck naming children after people who have passed, I don't!! I think it's my way of letting their memory live on!!!!!
